so what is all about, we were drawing the graphx for the ticket for this year hannafest and i found this book on my friends shelf, its butiful and i found it on line

– in 1968 Stewart Brand and a branch of people created a book about the whole earth from ayahuasceros to paperfolding, interesting and important things u need to know, it was groundbreaking, enlightening, and spawned a group of later publications

so if u have time and want to know more about the whole earth….:)

It’s really amazing that someone would go through so much trouble only to save some of the weirdest sounds produced in 20th century… But here it is. Avant Garde Project is a collection of 150 early electronic & electro-acoustic music vinyls, all out of print, ripped into FLAC format so that they don’t get forgotten. Here, you’ll find anything from whale sounds to rare John Cage.

Avant Music Festival is organized by our new friends from Wrocław (Poland) and, hopefully, you will have a chance to hear more about it on Hannafest, as we want to help them in promotion of this maginifcent event. Avant Music is focused on really crazy sounds, like experimental music, free jazz, noise, etc. Unfortunately, the site is all in Polish.

Miga Netlabel is a Granada (Spain) based label, focused on bringing new audio and visual trends closer to the people. All releases are top-notch quality. Miga focuses mostly on electronic and some electro-acoustic music. It’s fair to say that it is our favorite netlabel and we regularly host Miga’s djs on Hannafest. Check it out!

Legal Torrents is an online community that releases all sorts of interesting material under Creative Commons License. Basically it’s a torrent portal, where you can find anything from music and films, to books and audio samples for music production. The only difference is that authors of those works agree to you downloading them from internet. Give it a try! It’s worth it.
